Golden Image Award
GIA MISSION
- To recognize Liberians and other nationals who have successfully impacted the lives of Liberians through continued sacrifices and public services while promoting peace;
- Support and motivate humanitarians in and around the world;
- Showcase the talents of Liberian artistes like musicians, movie stars, dancers & drummers and
- provide capacity building means to enhance their potentials for future challenges;
- To strengthen Liberia's social and economic profile through arts and advocacy;
- Exhibition of Liberia's arts and craft; and
- Create a forum for the development of youth involvement and friendly spaces to encourage youth to emulate recipients of the accolade.
Objectives:
It is important to note that proper analysis as to the planning and implementation of the program will be required and will depend heavily on communication strategy utilized in promoting the program to generate interest and support from the peace-loving Liberian population. The people of Liberia ability to understand and appreciate leaders with respect to specific objectives mentioned above will rely deeply on the ability to generate interest, support and promotion for this endeavor. Therefore, the below activities are earmarked illustration of how the "Golden Image Award" initiative can be achieved and generate maximum interest and success.

The Golden Image, a national Distinction
The Golden Image Award, from the date of its launch will aspire to be national distinction unique to Liberia. In July of each year, Ambassador Juli Endee, the founder and co-founders of the Golden Image Award with support from National Government will appropriately planned and implement similar events as part of activities commemorating Liberia?s Independence. The Award will endeavor maintain those attributes found in its initial nominees, but notwithstanding, it may include other categories for nomination which could be reflective evolving realities.
